In compliance with Directive 2013/34/EU, as amended by Directive (EU) 2021/2101 introducing public Country-by-Country Reporting requirements, Italy has transposed these provisions through Legislative Decree No. 128 of 4 September 2024. The report is published on behalf of Hays S.r.l., Hays Professional Services S.r.l. and Hays Solutions S.r.l. to meet the public Country-by-Country Reporting requirements as required in Italy by Legislative Decree No. 128 of 4 September 2024 implementing Directive (EU) 2021/2101.

This report is prepared in accordance with Directive 2013/34/EU, as amended by Directive (EU) 2021/2101, and its transposition in Italy via Legislative Decree No. 128 of 4 September 2024. It is intended solely to enhance transparency regarding the Group’s tax position and economic activity. It should not be used as a basis for investment decisions or regarded as a comprehensive representation of the Group’s financial performance. Certain figures are presented on a simplified basis and may not be directly comparable to consolidated financial statements prepared under IFRS or other accounting standards.
