Our Client is a prestigious Multinational Company, leading in the manufacturing industry. Within the Textile Division, we are looking for a Technical Customer Service Specialist (TCS), who will join the International Team, reporting to the Head of Department
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain our understanding of performance of our paper offerings for different machines, printing head, ink etc
- Leverage on understanding of our existing offering to support development of added value to market. Can be both towards R&D and sales.
- Defines and develops technical service offerings for the textile printing market, such as pre-defined printer settings
- Responsible for the quality of technical service experiences of the textile printing market
- Creates aspirational concepts to provide technical support to users
- Connects the needs of technical support to product and user
- Ensures a clear synergy between user behavior, technology, sales, production and company needs.
- Challenges existing solutions by driving meaningful innovation and creativity ideas
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience from the Industry/Market
- Capability in developing products/solutions regarding the textile printing market
- Experienced and motivated in working in a rapidly changing environment
- Passion & deep interest about textile printing market and customer needs
- Good knowledge about printing machines and how printers is working
English: Fluent
Location: Italy, with the possibility of full remote working
