Senior SAP Consultant
Hays Solutions is part of Hays PLC, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange and world leader of specialised recruiting in middle and senior management sector.We
are currently looking for Senior SAP Consultants (freelance) to support a SAP S/4HANA migration project for one of our clients located in Poschiavo, Switzerland.


Required Expertise:
  • Proven experience with SAP modules: FI, CO, MM, AA, PM;
  • Previous involvement in SAP S/4HANA migration projects;
  • Strong functional analysis skills and ability to work with key business users;
  • High level of autonomy and reliability;
  • Seniority: minimum 4 years

Language & Location Requirements:
  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory;
  • Knowledge of Italian is considered a strong plus;
  • Willingness to work on-site in Poschiavo (CH) once per week;
  • Remaining activities can be performed remotely;

Candidate Profile:
  • Freelance consultant legally operating as a cross-border worker, or already residing in Switzerland;
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills;
  • Solution-oriented, organized, and team player;
  • Given the specificity of the search and the experience required, we also consider high-range profiles;

Project Details:
  • Start date: As soon as possible;
  • Duration: 12 (with potential for extension);
  • Engagement type: Freelance / Partita IVA
