For an international insurance company we are looking for a Director Client Management Italy.

The role’s primary responsibility is to manage Retail & OEM sales of the insurance products or services in Italy through current business partners and potential prospects.
This opportunity is focused on leading, coaching and mentoring a successful sales team. The role requires an individual who has demonstrable experience of consistent sales leadership, preferably in the insurance, financial, retail or OEM market.
Successful Client Management Director demonstrate a strong ability to drive account development, pipeline generation activities and manage an equitable territory distribution model where team members can achieve their sales goals.

He/she will also be highly capable of developing and managing executive relationships by conducting business driven discussions, whilst also lead negotiation planning, strategy, and execution.
Moreover he/she will deliver New Business growth in both Retail and OEM channels in line with budget and with Group strategy and will identify and facilitate local entries into new segments and channels through existing clients.
The ideal candidate should have relationship management skills and excellent presentation skills. He/she should be a self-starter, fast-learner, and agent of change with high energy with effective and influential people skills, positive attitude and the desire to motivate others.

He/she should have minimum 5-8 years’ experience as Senior Key Account Manager or Sales Director.
Should have experience within the business, preferably insurance, financial and retail and demonstrable results in leading teams within complex, team-based sales environments.

The ideal candidate should have proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment and should have financial skills and understanding of profitability drivers for the company and for the customers.
The candidate should be Fluent in English.
