Our client is looking for an italian Combat System Architetta for its Engineering Department.

• The Combat System Architetta is responsible for the technical coordinativo of the design of the Combat System of Italian surface ships, in full cooperativo with the designato partners (Combat System Integrator for Italian vessels, CS Equipment Suppliers including the one in charge of Anti-Air Missile System, shipyard responsible for CSPI and EM Engineering on Italian vessels).
• The CS Architect shall technically contribute to the allocation of industrial requirements to the partners for the development of a multi-national complex program with high customer requirements. These requirements will mainly come from the CS Integrator/CMS supplier and the shipyard but the CS Architect shall ensure that they are exhaustive and coherent.
• With the support of a team of specialists and under the technical management of the Whole Warship Architect, the CS Architect oversees the development of the main systems, ensure the reliability of the informatico provided to the Customer through the Contractual Deliverables.
• He/she participates actively in the definition of Verification and Validati on process, and particularly to the list and sequencing of the tests and trials for CS Equipment and CS as a whole.
• In the future phases of the project, the CS Architect will presentire the company during the Integrativo, Tests and trials and acceptances activities, together with the specialists per domains.
• The CS Architect shall manale the correct execution of trans-verse studies in its domina of expertise (Safety, performance assessment, EMC/EMI).
• He/she shall contribute to the process of waivers analysis, assessment and upscaling, bringing his experience at CS Level.
• He/she shall portare regularly the pregresso and difficulties related to CS development, testing and qualificativo/Acceptance to the company WW Architect and to the Design WP Manager.
• The CS Architect is the main interfacce between the company and the Customer for discussions related to CS.
• The CS Architect, as other CS specialists will contribute to the preparativo of ECP, bids, contractual amendments in the field of studies and interactions between design, procurement and production.

Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo

• You have a good understanding of the requirements of recognized standards and development processare such as ISO 15288 or Mil-Std 499 adapted to industrial environments such as Naval Engineering.
• You can demonstrate a successful experience in technical management of significano functional chains of the combat system for Surface vessels.
• You have also a good knowledge of the Combat Management System for frigates.
• You have a demonstrated experience in the Elettromagnetica engineering on a heavily armed Surface Combatant.
• Master's degree in engineering with at least 10 years' experience as a System Engineer or Architect of Complex Systems.
• Experience in the Elettronica Warfare field would be a plus.
• Successful experience in the technical management of subcontracts in a complex multinational context (SoW, Specs, Acceptance). Controra management will mainly be rieducar out by business managers with whom the EWS Specialiste will be in close interaction.
• Exemplary and professional attitude towards demanding customers and subcontractors.
• Proven listening and leadership skills to ensure technical coltrone of contributo to the successful development of the on-board integrante system.
• Ability to monitor, as main contractor, developments and tests at suppliers, integrativo platforms and shipyards.
• Professione English (speaking, writing and reading), French would be a plus.
• Successful experience of working on the operational maintenance of combat ships would be a plus.
