Our customer is an important international company operating in the Color and Food Ingredients Sector. An international Head Quarter and presence on several countries is giving them strong footprint on their segment.
For the Europe Region, we are supporting them to identify the CEO Europe, based in their office in Italy, who will be responsible for business expansion and growth of the company business operations (in Europe Region) by delivering profits regularly and achieve overall sustainable growth.

Il tuo nuovo ruolo
Reporting to the Managing Director, He/She will be the chief of commercial and operations activities of the Region. In terms of Commercial and Sales duties, the candidate will be able to estimate and develop strategies and execute Annual Business/Sales Plan, Market share objectives as per corporate strategy. We are looking for a customer oriented manager, who will be able to measure consumer and trade satisfaction and seek customers’ feedback and promoting product development and improvement.
In terms of Operations, the candidate is responsible to ensure a smooth running of the factory operations by manufacturing products with high quality on timely basis; as well as timely delivery of products to customers as per plan to avoid customer complaints and ensure a safety culture in the factory by maintain high performance and productivity.
He/She will be able to define the R&D strategy and product development management, working with the HQ and QC, monitoring the market and delivering effective market analysis.

The ideal Candidate who we are locking for:
• Has an extensive experiences in Food Colors, Food Ingredients Business.
• Has a strong financial acumen and strategic mindset and broad experience in Europe Region with responsibility of P&L.
• Commercial, Management and Organizational Skills are required.
• English knowledge is mandatory.
