Il tuo nuovo ruoloReporting functionally to the EMEA HR Director, with a dotted line to the Managing Director, and leading a team of two, you will be accountable for the full spectrum of HR activities: recruitment, performance and salary reviews, disciplinary processes, learning and development, and the management of relationships with trade unions.
The role has a strong operational focus and requires solid, hands-on expertise in core HR processes and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all HR operations, ensuring efficient and compliant execution across the employee lifecycle
- Manage employee relations topics, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and representation of the organization in formal hearings
- Act as a key point of contact for trade unions, actively managing negotiations, including in complex scenarios such as restructuring processes
- Supervise and guide payroll processes (vendor-managed), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a strong understanding of payroll fundamentals
- Support and contribute to workforce budgeting, cost monitoring, and headcount planning, with the ability to track variances and provide structured HR reporting and analysis
- Partner with the Corporate HR function on talent management and succession planning initiatives
- Design and implement employee retention strategies aligned with business priorities
- Review, monitor, and continuously improve HR policies and processes
- Ensure full legal compliance by monitoring and implementing all applicable labor law requirements
- Lead and support transformation and change management initiatives
- Drive the implementation of key corporate HR projects (e.g., performance management, talent development, organizational transformation)
Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo- 10+ years’ experience in similar roles within medium‑structured manufacturing environments, ideally operating in a matrix organization
- Strong operational HR background with solid knowledge of labor law and HR fundamentals (background as a Labor Consultant is desirable)
- Proven experience in payroll management processes (hands-on knowledge required, even if not directly processing payroll)
- Solid understanding of HR budgeting processes, cost control, and reporting/analytics (strong Excel skills are essential)
- Experience managing trade union relations and leading negotiations, including within restructuring contexts
- Previous involvement in leading transformation and organizational change initiatives
- Experience in implementing corporate HR programs and projects

Salary Range: 65.000 € - 85.000 € + MBO + company car
