Il tuo nuovo ruoloReporting functionally to the EMEA HR Director and with a dotted-line to the Managing Director, and leading a team of two, you will be responsible for all HR matters for the three Italian companies, including recruitment, performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary actions, learning and development, and relations with trade unions.
You will support the Corporate HR Function in managing talent and succession planning, designing and implementing employee retention strategies, monitoring and reviewing HR policies and processes, and implementing changes where necessary.
Additionally, you will promote HR projects in line with Group business goals, ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements, conduct investigations and represent the organization at hearings, and support change management processes.
Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successoThe ideal candidate has a Degree in Economics or Law and has at least 8-10 years' experience in similar roles within medium‑structured manufacturing environments, ideally operating in a matrix organization, where they have been involved in reviewing HR processes and managing industrial relations.
An excellent knowledge of Italian labor legislation is required, as well as familiarity—preferably—with HR tools such as SAP and Talentia.
Strong communication skills, the ability to drive and manage change, proactivity, and an open and flexible mindset are essential. Fluency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus. Occasional travel required.
