Production Engineer

Multinational Manufacturing Company

Our Client is a Multinational Industrial Company.

For the plant located in the Alessandria Area, we are looking for a Production Engineer.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Interpret KPI data to provide actionable insights that contribute to enhanced production performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to production monitoring and control.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing KPI performance, trends, and improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Implement changes and improvements based on KPI analysis and recommendations.
  • Utilize technical skills to design and implement monitoring systems, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a production engineering role, with a focus on KPI monitoring.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools using MS Excel (and programming languages).
  • Familiarity with production processes and a demonstrated ability to optimize workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills

English: Fluent
