Our client is a world-leading pharmaceutical and diagnostic Group with a presence in over 140 countries. For the implementation of the HQ finance team, we are looking for a Senior Corporate Finance Manager.

Reporting directly to the Financial Activities Corporate Director, the candidate will be responsible for:

a) Managing funding process through bilateral loans, intercompany loans

b) Managing Group’s overall liquidity through reputable and quality banks; create alternatives and allocate right instruments for working capital optimization.

c) Manage Group’s financial risks through effective hedge instruments (i.e. FX hedge)

d) Setting strategies on borrowing and cash management processes

e) Maintaining and improving relationships with external stakeholders (financial institutions, debt investors, rating agencies,etc)

The ideal candidate has an Economics and Finance Degree and has gained a consolidated experience within banks and structured multinational industries where he/she has been able to face different tasks and projects covering Corporate Banking, Debt & Capital Markets, Financing (Eurobonds, Private Placements, Club Deals), Finance (cash flow issue, managing of working capital), Treasury (day by day coverage, bank relationships, use of one or more TMS), Risk management (risk mitigation in a volatile market environment). Excellent relational and communicative skills, organization and planning skills, proactivity attitude to problem solving complete the profile. Professional knowledge of English is a prerequisite to access the selection. Moreover the candidate must be available for periodic business travels.
