THERAPEUTIC AREA
Pulmonology: IPF (Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete pricing and reimbursement process
• Secure P&L management to secure top line and profitability targets
• Completing and supporting the Italian organization recruitment: Field Force - Marketing Team Regulatory Manager and Compliance Officer - MSL Team - Medical, Marketing and Sales Assistant & Office Manager - Business Analyst & Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist -

• Leading the following affiliate organization (31 FTE.s):
o Management Team: Medical, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Regulatory & Market Access Directors (excluding the Finance Director who reported straight line to the European CFO and dotted line to me, the whole Management Team directly reported to me)
o 15 Key Account Managers and 2 District Managers
o 1 Medical Advisor
o 1 Medical Manager
o 2 MSL.s
o 1 Regulatory Manager and Compliance Officer
o 1 Brand Manager
o 1 Medical, Marketing and Sales Assistant & Office Manager
o 1 Finance, Regulatory & Market Access and General Manager Assistant & Customer Service Specialist
o 1 Business Analyst & Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist
• Maintain strong relationships with KOL.s, relevant Scientific Societies, national and local key agencies and authorities, Patients’ associations, industry associations
• Guarantee sound and continuous connection and alignment of local strategies and tactics with EU and Global Plans
• Work with the European Leadership Team and EU HQ functions (marketing, medical, sales, finance, legal, supply chain) to provide and share regular business reports, strategic and tactical inputs and to contribute to cross-national programs
• Work and network with other EU General Managers in order to maximize cross-national knowledge sharing, leveraging opportunities and sharing successful programs
• Define and implement local pricing and reimbursement strategies according to new clinical and PE data availability (P&R renegotiation)
• Deep understanding of the market and regulatory environment and trends to anticipate potential risks and to maximize opportunities
• Secure full operational compliance with local and international relevant regulations as well as local and corporate policies and SOP.s
• Guarantee a positive working environment facilitating and supporting open communication and strong teamwork spirit and attitude, rewarding successes and timely identifying and solving critical issues
