Over decades of industrial practice, the company has developed its own peculiar know-how in the field of acid gas treatments: acid gas removal, sulphur recovery, tail gas clean up process, sulphur degassing and gas incinerations. Continuous efforts to maintain the status of state-of-the-art of its own know-how has given rise to a number of patents internationally granted. Besides proprietary technologies, Siirtec Nigi can also deliver a broad range of other processes to customers through both strategic alliances with other licensors and partnerships.

In addition to the acid gas treatment we have also built a valuable expertise in the field of oil and gas production facilities ranging from slug catchers, gas sweetening, oil and condensate stabilization units, dehydration processes based on both solvent (TEG, MEG) and solid adsorbents (alumina, mol sieve, silica gel), dew point control and the combination between dehydration and dew point control processes (silica gel).

Furthermore, Siirtec Nigi’s Equipment and Packages Division pours the company’s long manufacturing know-how, developed in the former workshop, into the supply of process/critical equipment and skid-mounted or modules process systems.The provided services cover all (EPC) or part of the phases constituting the project development from inception to completion. This includes feasibility studies, process studies, basic and detail engineering design, procurement and construction. They may be applied to individual process units, plant revamp, expansion works or to entire grass-root facilities.
