As part of the IT Service Support function, ITC will be representing the whole IT department in the provision of high quality, consistent and effective support in a timely manner to the Hays offices on the territory of Italy. ITC will act as a go-to person for all IT related issues within the company.

Working within established ITIL guidelines the ITC will be responsible for the application of an integrated approach to Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management across the CE&ROW region. Key to the role is the accurate documentation of incident related work within the firm’s Service Management System and communication with central IT department in London.
 
We are looking for a ITC educated graduate level or having 3 years relevant career experience, with a proven ability to establish effective working relationships  and to deal effectively with remote sites. It is necessary to have experience working in an ITIL or other process driven environment and experience of using Service Management systems. Previous 2nd Line experiences is a plus.
 
Technical skills required are: Windows XP Professional, MS Office 2003, active directory and understanding of a networking environment.
