The Operations Finance Deparment is responsible for the preparation of the company's budget, the analysis of budget deviations, the updates of rolling forecasts, the calculation of (standard) product costs and (inter-company) selling prices and the draw up of reports for both the Group's central function and local management.

You enjoy cooperation with internal and external customers and you feel comfortable in coping with challenges, analyzing financial data within our Operations Finance Department. Specifically and initially you will establish the investment budget collecting the needed information from customers, support project leaders in the business case preparation for new projects.
You will prepare the investment approval requests supplying all required analysis, data and documents according to Group Policies and Procedures, monitor and prepare reports on the progress of investment projects and investigate deviations, in order to identify possible corrective actions.
We are looking for a professional at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in a complex Finance environment in an industrial company, a graduated in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia and Master in Business Administration will be considered a plus.
It is fundamental to have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook) and of US Gaap.Your knowledge of SAP will be considered an interesting plus. You need to be fluent in verbal and written English and Italian.
